Learning new things:
Memory, the storage tank for old and new feeds, coping, inventing device is like living equipment placed in your body. “You cannot opt to carry any liquid item in a gunny bag if you do not find any poly bag or container”. So likely you should know the status of your brain before learning new things or else the learned things cannot be remembered for a long. That is why my grandfather asked me to read new chapters in the early hours of the day. Stimulating of brain is also important and can be performed at every stage of your life.

Eating:
Different parts of the body perform different functions and also need different type of food in related to their activities. Green leafy vegetables, nuts, fish, peanut oil or olive oil, added refined carb should be added in your daily meal to gain memory strength. Eating only for the need of the brain is not proper diet, include these required food to other diets to maintain the whole body.

Sleeping:
Sleeping hours depends on your body requirement, make a schedule and readjust according to the requirement and fix a schedule, because if brain is too tired it does not function at its level best. Remember sometimes while going out for the first time of the day things like wallet, helmet, keys etc skips off from the brain and ask for the help to bring those, this is not the cause of hurry, but it is the result of incomplete sleep. So, adjust your sleeping hours schedule will help you to sleep perfectly and your memory gets stronger.

Mental exercise:
Mental exercise helps to build memory strong. You might be wondering what the memory exercise is, how memory exercise helps. There is physical exercise for the body similar to those there is mental exercise. This not only helps in shaping the brain stronger but also helps in improving the brain capability. Exercise like slow full breathing in and out to maximize the oxygen intake, meditation, yoga, puzzle number games, cross puzzles, scrabble, dancing, ballroom games, playing chess etc helps in to improve the brain capacity and build strong memory.

Organizing:
Organizing your brain to learn new things by attaching or linking with the things you are familiar with.

Indulging with society:
Involving with friends and society helps to relax your brain from regular topics and refreshes to adopt new things and ideas which help in repairing the brain’s memory stability.

Stress:
Stress plays a big role on mind, you cannot learn anything when you body is at stress, so relax your body as much as you can before learning any kind. Just go through for a check and see maximum percentage of sportsmen were not good students.

Memory has a great impact on your habits too, I realized it in Spain when I was facing lot of problem to learn Spanish, I was learning the Spanish words but I used my language to speak with them and finally one of my friend asked me to use Spanish words instead of my language during my conversation and this tip helped me a lot and today I am very good in Spanish.

To help improving your memory try these tips and boost your overall brain power. None of the above I shared is new, but it’s not a bad idea to follow.
